Taylor Gillings is the Senior Analyst at Rounds Consulting Group. The firm specializes in economic development and tax policy research; data collection and analysis; fiscal planning including revenue forecasting and budget development; strategic planning and marketing; impact and market studies; and litigation support.
Mr. Gillings has extensive experience in economic development, public policy analysis, and market research. He has nearly four years of economic development experience in Arizona, and has worked on projects including public procurement, conducting business sentiment surveys, and analyzing local business and employment trends. His economic development and public policy experience includes work at the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. He regularly consults on issues pertaining to Arizona’s relationships with Canada and Mexico, including politics and economic outlook.
Mr. Gillings was born and raised in Southern California. He earned his Master of Arts degree in International Relations Policy from the University of Chicago, and he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Arizona State University.
